Engagement Session with Eugene and Kaylie | Beverly Hill + Palos Verdes

After MONTHS of not shooting any couples I was blessed to have 3 shoots in 2 weeks with some amazing friends and 2 couples whose weddings I’d shot pre-COVID!

I want to kick things off with this engagement shoot of my buddy Eugene and his fiance Kaylie. Eugene and I go back to our college and Red Bull days and have always kept in touch over the years. It wasn’t long ago that I got to shoot his proposal… and it was just last year we were sitting in the lobby of my hotel in East London where he told me he was getting ready to pop the question.

It was such a fun afternoon playing Frogger on this beautiful palm tree lined street and using some of the neighborhood’s natural beauty as our back drop. Afterwards we cruised down to Palos Verdes to this beautiful rocky beach. Kaylie grew up in PV so she was familiar with the area and had roots there. During their dating days it seemed like they had spent a lot time at the beaches in the city so it was fitting to revist this city for many reasons.
